Felton Grove Under Evacuation Order
The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office has issued an evacuation order for the Felton Grove neighborhood due to rising water levels of the San Lorenzo River. Residents are ordered to evacuate immediately and move to higher ground. The area is closed to public access.
Felton Grove is labeled FEL-E008 on the Genasys Project map.

Temporary Evacuation Points
The County of Santa Cruz in partnership with the City of Scotts Valley and the City of Watsonville has opened Temporary Evacuation Points (TEP) for residents impacted by ongoing winter storms.

TEPs operate as vehicle-access shelters, where evacuees may utilize available 24-hour parking spaces for the duration of the TEP, as well as use of the indoor facilities. Use of bathrooms and the ability to charge electrical devices are made available to TEP site users as available.
TEP sites are open to all Santa Cruz County residents evacuated from their homes due to storms. The site is intended to be a safe harbor for evacuees with no other shelter or accommodation option, until they are able to return to their homes or find other accommodation
